Dry mortar for finishing facades, interiors, patios, etc.
Impermeable to rainwater and permeable to water vapor.
For plastering and masonry work in general.
Can be applied manually or with a spraying machine.
White finishes.
Indoor and outdoor applications.
Waterproof coating.
Permeable to water vapor, allowing the substrate to breathe.
Excellent adhesion and high plasticity.
Plaster over render or applied in two coats.
Thicknesses up to 1 cm without sagging.
Smooth or trowelled finish.
(Statistical results obtained under standard conditions)
Appearance: White powder
Density of the mixed product: 1.95 ± 0.2 g/cm2
Water vapor permeability: <= µ15
Adhesion: ³ 0.3 N/mm2
Classification according to UNE EN 998-1 CR CSIV W2
Approximate yield: 8 kg/m2 per 0.5 cm of thickness
Conventional cement-based and brick substrates.
Substrates must be strong, stable, sound, and clean, free of dust, formwork release agents, organic products, etc.
In cases of heat, wind, or on highly absorbent substrates, it is advisable to moisten the substrate and wait for the water film to disappear.
On non-porous substrates, apply a primer or improve the roughness mechanically.
Do not apply over plaster or paint.
MECHANICAL APPLICATION
According to the machine chosen (hose cross-section and length) and external weather conditions, establish the optimal water/mortar ratio. Start at 20% and gradually adjust until the desired consistency is achieved.
It is important to keep the variables that can affect the characteristics of the applied mortar constant (distance from the wall, application angle, and water content).
MANUAL APPLICATION
Add water and mix manually or mechanically until a homogeneous and workable consistency is achieved.
Spread the mixed product onto the substrate with a trowel.
Allow the required time and trowel.
Precautions and Recommendations
Do not apply below 5°C or above 30°C.
Do not apply where there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds, or direct sunlight.
For thicknesses greater than 1 cm, it is recommended to apply the product in two coats.
The final minimum thickness of the plaster must be at least 10 mm to ensure the wall's watertightness when the substrate is not resistant to water infiltration.
In extreme weather conditions (high winds or high temperatures), it is necessary to gently sprinkle the product the day after application.
