Applications

SikaTop® Seal-107 is used for:

• Exterior and interior waterproofing of concrete, mortar, concrete block and brick structures.
• Protection of concrete structures against the effects of deicing salts and freeze-thaw cycles.
• Rigid waterproofing of foundation walls both in new construction and in repair works.
• As a primer coating.
• Interior waterproofing of basements (not subject to hydrostatic water pressure).
• As sealing of small fissures in concrete structures (not subject to movement).
• As a regularizing mortar for repair work
• Waterproofing of drinking water tanks
