Single-layer mechanically applied plaster for interiors, suitable for coating horizontal and vertical walls.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Recommended application thickness: 1-2 cm
Application temperature: Between +5°C and +40°C
Before application, it is recommended to:
- Clean the substrate of dust and particles.
- Remove any protrusions or bulges and fill any gaps.
For very dry substrates, sprinkle water over the surface. For highly absorbent substrates, it is recommended to apply a moisture-regulating primer first.
For very damp substrates, wait for the humidity to decrease.
For surfaces that are too smooth or have traces of formwork release agent, applying a bonding agent is recommended.
To reduce the risk of cracks, it is recommended to apply a PVC mesh or fiberglass fabric covering approximately 20 cm on both sides of the joint before applying the coating.
On ceilings with expanded or extruded polystyrene ceiling tiles, as the inter-joist material for the slab, a bonding compound must be applied beforehand to bridge the gap between the substrate and the plaster coating.
Another option is to place fiberglass mesh secured to the ceiling tiles with special plastic pegs.
The application time may vary depending on the amount of water used in the mix, ambient temperature, water pH, type of coating used, and substrate (concrete, ceramic, etc.).
It is mechanically applied for interior single-layer applications and is suitable for coating horizontal and vertical walls.
