The raw material for clinker production is a special clay containing mineral materials of magmatic origin, with unique physical and technical properties, which is fired at temperatures exceeding 1,000 degrees Celsius until maximum sintering occurs. During this process, a vitreous mass forms on the surface, giving the brick its attractive appearance. This process is similar to that used for manufacturing stoneware paving stones, which is why this brick is also known as vitreous enamel brick.

During this manufacturing stage, the brick acquires greater density, which gives it increased hardness and durability. This brick is resistant to fungi, rot, mold, and other microorganisms that can destroy the material and pose a health risk.

Unlike traditional ceramics, the clinker block is distinguished by a much higher indicator of resistance to bending, as well as compression and abrasion, so these bricks will retain their original appearance for many decades.
