Macy Terrace Waterproofing is a water-based, elastic acrylic coating. It is especially suitable for waterproofing exterior surfaces.
Particularly suitable for waterproofing exterior surfaces made of concrete, prefabricated structures, asphalt fabric, tiles, fiber cement, sprayed polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene, and wood on terraces, roofs, balconies, overhangs, etc.

Completely waterproof but permeable to water vapor
Flexible and elastic
Cushions contractions and expansions of the substrate.
Can be walked on intermittently.
Low residual tack.
Classified as group i) according to Directive 2004/42/EC
Method: Roller, brush and "Airless" spray gun.
Dilution: 1st layer: 30-50% (primer layer).
2nd layer: 0 - 5% depending on the application method.
Diluent and cleaning: Water
Yield: 1.2 - 1.8 m²/liter per coat
Touch dry: 3 hours at 20°C and 60% R.H.
Overcoat interval: 12 hours at 20°C
Number of layers: 3 layers
Thickness: 800-1000 dry microns recommended in 3 coats
Conditions: Apply with temperatures above + 5°C and relative humidity below 80%. Paint and surface temperature must be +3°C above dew point. Do not apply with lateral winds greater than 25 km/h. Do not apply if rain is expected, with high humidity or in areas with dew forecast.
