Polyurethane (PU) expanding foam with excellent thermal and acoustic properties that protects against heat, cold, humidity and noise. Specially designed for the insulation and filling of holes and gaps, both indoors and outdoors. Soudal expanding foam offers optimal performance. Insulation power: +/- 0.04 W/m.K

Universal Manual Foam is a one-component, ready-to-use PU foam that contains CFC- and HCFC-free propellants that are not harmful to the ozone layer.

Applications

Perfect for quick and easy filling of cracks, holes, joints and cavities in all types of construction materials. Ideal for insulating corrugated roofs, panels and sheets, protecting frame joints and door frames against wind and drafts, as well as filling cavities (cable ducts, pipes and conduits).

Instructions

Shake the bottle well for at least 30 seconds. Hold the can upside down and extrude the foam by pressing the trigger. The spaces must be partially filled (approx. 1/3). Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers, repeat wetting after each layer. After use, clean the gun immediately with Soudal FOAMCLEANER. Remove spilled, unhardened foam with Soudal FOAMCLEANER. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU Remover. Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Light wetting of surfaces provides faster cure and better cell structure. Store upright.
