The concrete band or concrete U is a type of precast concrete that is used when building a perimeter wall or to make the walls of a ground-floor house. It is used to make a strap, which is neither more nor less than a concrete band filled with concrete to which iron is placed inside so that the structure it forms is more consistent and solid. It is usually used for the foundation of block walls, or to reinforce the support of the beams that support the roof.
