Projected gypsum
Gypsum-based machine render for interiors.
SUPPORT PREPARATION
The wall must be free of dust, dirt, saline efflorescence, etc. Any traces of oils, greases, waxes, etc. must be previously removed. An alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh armor must be placed between the joints of different elements; the mesh should not be placed directly on the wall but rather it should be embedded in the superficial part of the trim. To obtain a good quality of the trim and avoid an excessive consumption of material, it is advisable to pay attention to the execution of the walls; the joints between the bricks must be well filled, any holes or breaks in the wall must be previously treated, the door frames must protrude a few millimeters. To respect the verticality of the walls, it is recommended to place corner pieces or rulers in the corners and vertical guides on the walls.
HOW TO USE
YESODUR 1 works with plastering machines such as FASSA, PFT, PUTZKNECHT, PUTZMEISTER, TURBOSOL or similar. It is not possible to interrupt the projection of the trim for a period of time greater than 30 minutes. It is applied in a single layer up to 30 mm thick by projecting the material from below and then leveled with an H-rule or knife with horizontal and vertical strokes until a flat surface is obtained. Once the product begins to harden (approximately 2 hours), it is smoothed with a spatula, trowel or scraper. To finish the walls, apply smoothing products such as ZP 149 finishing gypsum.
