Controlled setting hand plaster for interior coatings.
The wall must be free of dust, dirt, saline efflorescence, etc. Any traces of oils, greases, waxes, etc. must be previously removed. An alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh armor must be placed between the joints of different elements; the mesh should not be placed directly on the wall but rather it should be embedded in the superficial part of the trim. To obtain a good quality of the trim and avoid an excessive consumption of material, it is advisable to pay attention to the execution of the walls; the joints between the bricks must be well filled, any holes or breaks in the wall must be previously treated, the door frames must protrude a few millimeters. To respect the verticality of the walls, it is recommended to place corner pieces or rulers in the corners and vertical guides on the walls.
HOW TO USE
YESODUR-R is used by gradually pouring it into the water contained in the basket until it is completely absorbed, leaving it to soak. The product must be spread on the wall or ceiling in several layers, using the wooden trowel; after about half an hour, remove any imperfections from the surface with the American trowel and then recharge the surface with product. After hardening, the material is regularized with a spatula or brush. To finish the walls, apply smoothing products such as ZP 149 finishing gypsum.
