MM 30 is a premixed dry mortar composed of Portland cement, classified sands and specific additives to improve processing and adhesion.
MM 30 is used as mortar to make brick walls, concrete blocks, etc. and for small repairs where an application similar to traditional mortar is needed.
Add 16-18% clean water and mix with a concrete mixer or, in small quantities, by hand or with a mixer mechanic. Mixing time should not exceed 3 minutes. The mortar after mixing must be applied in the next 2 hours.
Specific gravity of powder: approx. 1,500 kg/m³
Granulometry: < 3 mm
Minimum thickness: 10mm
Kneading water: 16 - 18%
Yield as plaster: approx. 15 kg/m² with thickness 10 mm
Yield: 1 25 kg bag produces around 14.5 l of wet mortar
Density of hardened mortar (EN 1015-10): approx. 1,800 kg/m³
Compressive strength: ≥ 5 N/mm²
Modulus of elasticity at 28 days: approx. 8,000 N/mm²
Vapor diffusion resistance factor (EN 1745): μ = 15/35 (tabulated value)

Field of application: Interior , exterior, walls and floors.
Product for professional use.
Always consult the safety sheet before use.
Fresh mortar must be protected from frost and rapid setting. Since the hardening of the mortar
is based on the hydraulic setting of cement, a temperature of +5 °C is recommended as a minimum value for the
application and to obtain the correct hardening of the mortar. Below this value the setting would be delayed.
in excess and below 0 °C the fresh or even not completely hardened mortar would be exposed to the
disruptive action of frost.
MM 30 must be used in its original state without adding foreign materials.
